As HALO continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, skilled, and clinically competent Nurse Injector to join our team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is intended for an established aesthetic injector with previous hands-on experience in neurotoxins and dermal fillers who is confident in patient assessment, facial anatomy, treatment planning, injection technique, and complication prevention and management.
The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical judgment, technical proficiency, and a refined understanding of facial anatomy, proportion, and balance.
We are seeking a provider who can independently perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations, develop appropriate treatment plans, and deliver safe, consistent, natural-looking results while maintaining HALO’s standards of patient care.
This is not an entry-level injector position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments safely and independently.
- Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and aesthetic consultations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on anatomy, patient goals, aging patterns, and clinical indication.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of facial and vascular anatomy.
- Recognize, prevent, and appropriately manage potential injectable complications.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment photography, informed consent, and clinical records.
- Provide thorough pre-treatment and post-treatment education.
- Establish and maintain long-term patient relationships through trust, consistency, and exceptional outcomes.
- Recommend complementary aesthetic, regenerative, and skincare treatments when clinically appropriate.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, patient safety, and clinical protocol.
- Participate in continuing education and advanced aesthetic training.
- Collaborate effectively with HALO’s injectors, aestheticians, clinical staff, and administrative team.
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of HALO Med Spa.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in Tennessee in good standing.
- Previous hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections.
- Demonstrated competency with neurotoxins and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injectable safety.
- Ability to independently assess patients and formulate appropriate aesthetic treatment plans.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating previous injectable work.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and patient-education skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience.
- Experience with multiple neurotoxin and dermal filler products.
- Experience with advanced facial balancing and full-face rejuvenation.
- Experience with biostimulatory and regenerative injectable treatments.
- Established commitment to advanced aesthetic education and continued professional development.
