As our Practice Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operational excellence and technological innovation. Your mission is to:

Pioneer the integration of AI in our daily operations, setting new standards in nephrology care
Optimize practice efficiency, ensuring we deliver top-tier patient care while maximizing resources
Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance patient experience and practice performance
Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting and revenue cycle optimization
Collaborate closely with our Director of Operations to align practice goals with organizational objectives

Your Toolkit

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience captaining the ship in healthcare practice management
Proficiency in practice management software and Google Workspace (we're a Google-powered practice!)
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare management (we'll be pioneers together!)
Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) certification preferred but not required for the right candidate
