Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation, food service, and customer engagement will be essential in ensuring a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, beverage knowledge, and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced environment that values enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting
Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately and handling cash safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and special events such as banquets or catering functions

Skills

Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
Proven ability in food handling, food safety practices, and proper sanitation procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service times
Experience in fine dining environments or hospitality industry settings is highly desirable
Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate bill splitting
Familiarity with banquet or catering service operations is a plus
