Registered Nurse (RN)

Facility: Union Plaza Care Center
Location: Queens, NY
Shift: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $52–$53 per hour

Union Plaza Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding resident care in a supportive skilled nursing environment, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain excellence in resident care
Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and respond promptly to medical needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring continuity of care
Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered environment
Ensure compliance with all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
