Key Responsibilities

Performing complex and confidential administrative functions including developing and typing written correspondence, agendas, notices, and minutes.
Screening/routing telephone calls ensuring clients and vendors are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintaining significant personal interaction with Sr. Leadership and all levels of the organization; must be able to effectively communicate and appropriately represent the organization and this executive.
Acting as the project manager for special projects, at the request of the CIO, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information.
Managing the CIO calendar, meeting arrangements, travel planning, and expense reporting.
Maintaining confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
Assisting senior IT team members with some of their above duties.

Competencies and skills

Bachelor degree with 3+ year administrative experience in supporting executive level employees.
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Suite Applications with superior knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Must be extremely well organized and energetic with excellent administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the organization.
