JOB POSTING

Position Title: Prep Cook

Department: Food & Beverage

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time

Locations: Casual and Fine Locations – Café 6311, Off-Piste Market, Rendezvous Alpine Kitchen, Casper Restaurant, Tram Dock, Piste Mountain Bistro, and Trapper's Restaurant

Job Duties

Prepares meal ingredients as directed by the head chef, senior chef, or other staff.
Prepares fresh produce by peeling, cutting, and portioning.
Prepares meat by trimming, cutting, and portioning.
Prepares simple dishes such as soups, chilis, or salads.
Mixes or prepares condiments, dressings, and sauces.
Maintains compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards.
Restocks salad bars, grab and go shelves, condiments, and other service areas.
Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
Takes out trash and recycling throughout service and at the end of service
Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.
Ensures kitchen and back of house areas are cleaned before and after service.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Works as a dishwasher as needed
Cooks on the line as needed.
Assists F&B Warehouse Stewards with unpacking and restocking food supplies.
