Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Location: 159 W. Pearl St #101, Jackson, MI 49201
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to join our maintenance department. This position plays a key role in coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-growing property management company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Coordination

Schedule vendors and maintenance technicians
Monitor and follow up on work orders
Order parts and materials
Review completed work and close out tasks

Vendor Management

Communicate with vendors and contractors
Follow up on job progress and completion
Track and collect invoices

Tenant & Owner Communication

Provide maintenance updates
Resolve issues and respond to questions promptly

Municipal & Compliance

Schedule inspections and manage permits

Financial Tasks

Reconcile Michigan credit card transactions
Organize receipts and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

Previous experience in property management or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
