Our products are proudly built in the USA, and we're looking for a skilled Production Welder to join our growing team on 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel components used in cabinets, workstations, carts, benches, and other fabricated products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding prints, and work instructions.
- Weld assemblies to meet Greene Manufacturing quality standards.
- Verify dimensions and inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Grind, clean, and prepare welded assemblies for finishing.
- Operate basic fabrication equipment as needed.
- Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Maintain welding equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Assist with other fabrication and assembly tasks as production demands.
Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
- Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and calipers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of production welding experience.
- Experience welding 16–11 gauge steel.
- Experience building welded assemblies and fabricated products.
- Ability to operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, laser cutters, or turret punches is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
