Executive Consultant – Construction Claims & Dispute Resolution

MUST HAVE A BOOK OF BUSINESS

Remote | Full-Time

A nationally recognized construction consulting firm is expanding its Construction Consulting Practice and seeking an experienced Executive Consultant specializing in Claims & Dispute Resolution.

This is a high-level consulting opportunity for professionals with deep expertise in construction claims, forensic schedule analysis, litigation support, and expert testimony. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to support business development initiatives within a growing consulting practice.

Responsibilities

Perform forensic analysis of construction delays, disruptions, and schedule impacts
Conduct root-cause investigations and damages assessments
Provide construction claims and dispute resolution consulting services
Support litigation and arbitration matters through detailed analysis and reporting
Deliver expert testimony related to delay, productivity, disruption, and damages analysis
Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and project stakeholders
Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships and generating new business opportunities
Leverage existing industry relationships and business connections to help expand the firm’s consulting practice (bring your book of business and convert them as a new client)

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in:
Construction consulting
Construction scheduling
Delay and disruption analysis
Claims and dispute resolution
Damages assessment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture required
Master’s degree preferred
Professional certification/license required:
PE
CCE
CCM
or similar credentials
Experience providing expert testimony is strongly preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills
Proven ability to manage complex consulting engagements independently
Candidates should have an established network within the construction consulting, legal, and/or claims industries and be able to bring an existing book of business and client relationships to the role

Compensation

Base salary range: $165,000 – $300,000
