Position Overview

As Sales Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in driving dealership success by leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.

You will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, maintaining a customer-first culture, implementing effective sales strategies, and helping create a world-class dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing automotive sales team
Drive dealership sales performance while exceeding monthly objectives
Train and mentor sales consultants on customer engagement and closing strategies
Oversee daily sales operations and maintain accountability across the sales floor
Work closely with Finance, Service, and Leadership teams to create a seamless customer experience
Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to monitor performance and improve results
Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent
Maintain strong inventory awareness and support merchandising strategy
Build a customer-first culture focused on long-term relationships and repeat business
Ensure operational excellence throughout the entire buying process
