FlexTrades is seeking skilled Electrical Installers to install and route wiring in aircraft assemblies. This position requires strong attention to detail, good hand dexterity, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Candidates with experience in aircraft wiring, avionics, wire harness installation, or military aviation electrical work are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Install aircraft wiring and cable assemblies.
- Follow schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Install connectors, supports, brackets, and hardware.
- Perform continuity and resistance testing.
- Use hand and electrical tools safely.
- Ensure work meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
- Handle and move wiring assemblies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with electrical wiring installation or repair.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of wire harnesses, cable routing, and connectors.
- Experience with electrical testing.
- Skilled with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Ability to safely lift and handle wiring assemblies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aircraft electrical installation experience.
- Avionics Technician or Aviation Electrician experience.
- Aerospace, aviation, defense, or military manufacturing experience.
- Experience with aircraft electrical systems and wire harnesses.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $45/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits
- Travel Pay to and from the project
- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
