This individual is expected to lead by example, providing mentorship, solving problems, and stepping in to assist with design work whenever business demands require it.
The ideal candidate is an experienced graphic designer with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for building high performing teams and scalable processes in a fast-paced production environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of workflow management, process improvement, and documentation.
- Experience developing or implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating across departments, including Production, Sales, and Project Management.
- Experience with vehicle graphics, large-format printing, or environmental graphics is preferred but not required.
What We're Looking For

- Enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Is highly organized and process-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Values teamwork and builds strong relationships across departments.
- Embraces new technology, including AI and automation tools, to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
