Full Job Description

We have a part time position open 24-30. This position must be someone that is willing to train on and work all 3 shifts if needed (7-3, 3-11, 11-7), must have the flexibility to work (any shift). Looking for a people person that is guest oriented, dependable, and can learn quickly. Employee will work weekends and we will try to rotate weekends off but not guaranteed. If you do not have weekend availibility you will not be considered for this position.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
Manage reservations and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system.
3rd shift will conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the front desk operations.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
Must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requires continuous movement, standing and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
