Field Sales Representative – Mid-America Territory

Location:) Memphis, TN (covering N. AL, E. AR, MS, S. MO, W. KY, W. TN)
Compensation: $62,000–$69,000 per year (includes car & cell phone allowance)

Our corporate sales team, based in Lombard, IL, manages key initiatives with Ace Hardware, True Value, Do it Best, and Orgill, along with other national and regional retailers.

Our field sales team plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong store-level relationships that support our manufacturers’ growth objectives.

We are currently seeking a driven, organized, and relationship-focused Field Sales Representative to manage our Mid-America territory, based in the Memphis area.

Position Overview

This outside sales role is responsible for managing and growing an established multi-state territory. You will call on independent hardware stores, co-op affiliated retailers, regional chains, and Farm & Ranch accounts to drive sales across 30+ product lines.

This is a relationship-driven, performance-oriented position requiring strong territory management skills and a self-motivated mindset. You will work closely with store associates, managers, and key decision-makers to support sales growth and product success.

Travel Required: Up to 50%

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key independent hardware retailers and co-op partners
Support major accounts including Ace Hardware, True Value, Do it Best, Orgill, and other regional retailers
Sell and promote over 30 manufacturer product lines
Conduct in-store product training and education (training provided)
Manage territory planning, reporting, and sales activity tracking
Attend industry trade shows and regional events as needed
Identify new growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of outside sales experience preferred
Strong organizational and territory management abilities
Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Proficiency with computer systems for reporting and activity tracking
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Compensation & Benefits

$62,000–$69,000 annual compensation (includes car and cell phone allowances)
