Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Support Coordinator to join us at Kids First of Florida. This role completes diverse tasks within Finance.

This role is primarily responsible for providing support to accounting and support programs within the Business Operations Department, coordinating invoicing and payment of out of home care and subsidized adoption payments to providers/caregivers, and approving and maintaining records of provider bills and transactions.

Responsibilities

Run invoices and mail payments to foster parents, adoptive parents, group homes, and road to independence clients
Batch invoices and prepare monthly report
Develop and maintain state agreements for clients in foster care
Recouping of all IV-A and recouping of funds paid to providers in error
Monitor / participate in agency-wide QI processes and explore additional funding sources
Contract administration of contracts with KFF, including compliance and development of new sub-contracts, as needed
Agreement administration of current agreements with KFF, including compliance and development of new agreements, as needed
State of Florida, contract, CFOP, DCF and OMB 2 CFR Part 200 (state regulation/statute/federal) compliance
Prevention /Preservation/ Family Support / Diversion tracking, per contract
Maintain Safe and Stable programmatic reports
Assist with KFF wide purchasing, training, and asset tracking
Maintain agency vehicles (logs, maintenance tracking)
Help support Accounting staff
Other duties, as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university, preferred with a Business or Accounting major
Minimum 3 years of administrative, accounting, finance and/or business support work experience
Knowledge of non-profits and experience with child welfare
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Successful completion of Level 2 background screening
Active FL driver's license with responsible driving record and proof of insurance
