Job Summary

The Client Success Supervisor is responsible for leading the Client Success Department by supervising the Customer Success Representatives (CSR) team, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position serves as the primary point of escalation for client concerns, oversees daily departmental operations, and ensures all client inquiries are resolved accurately, professionally, and within established service levels.

The Client Success Supervisor is accountable for employee performance, coaching, quality assurance, productivity, and continuous process improvement. This role partners closely with Operations and may collaborate with the Marketing team on client communications, service announcements, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, holds employees accountable, and is committed to delivering exceptional service while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop the Client Success Representative (CSR) team.
Manage daily department operations and ensure team performance meets established KPIs.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Monitor team quality, productivity, and response times while providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Prepare reports and communicate department performance to leadership.
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to improve the client experience and support company initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and company systems.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in Customer Service, Client Success, Account Management, or a related field.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Preferred:

Healthcare, medical records, or Release of Information (ROI) experience.
Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs.
