Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will represent our brand in the local market, build strategic partnerships, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth through targeted field marketing initiatives that increase visibility and engagement.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building lasting relationships, and has a proven ability to plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific field marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, referral partners, healthcare providers, community organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, community outreach programs, health fairs, and other promotional events.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through relationship-building and proactive market engagement.
- Generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, campaign performance, and territory activities using CRM platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials, promotional merchandise, and event resources.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Achieve established marketing, lead generation, and territory performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing, business development, outside sales, community outreach, or related customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, relationship management, and territory development.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, medical services, retail, or consumer services industries.
- Knowledge of event marketing and community engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements
