About Capstone Hospitality:

Capstone Hospitality is seeking a sales professional with a background in sports to become the next Membership Sales Director and sell private club memberships at a client club.

Capstone Hospitality specializing in membership sales for clubs. We have proudly partnered with 70+ private and semi-private clubs nationwide. Our expertise is selling memberships at country clubs, golf clubs, boat clubs, yacht clubs, and racing clubs.

Membership Sales Director Role:

This position requires an initial training period of two weeks. After completion of training, Membership Sales Director will be assigned a client club and be responsible for membership sales on-site at the assigned club. Please ONLY apply if you are willing to relocate and be placed at assigned club. We match the candidates with a client club based on experience and qualifications. Locations are across the United States. The club is not in Jacksonville, FL.

Primary Role and Responsibilities include:

Direct membership sales to new members at Capstone's private client club
Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales budget goals
Implement strategic membership sales plan at the client club
Implement the Capstone Hospitality lead generation programs to generate new qualified leads for prospective new members
Generate new leads via outbound calling, networking, and marketing
Complete new member sales reporting and on-boarding documentation
Work with current club members and staff to promote referral programs
Become an integral part of the club staff on-site at the private club and provide exceptional client relations to club management and staff
Generate and submit accurate monthly and annual sales reports

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years professional work experience in sales and marketing
Minimum of 2 years collegiate or professional sports experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Must be willing to attend training in Jacksonville, FL
Must be willing to relocate to an assigned client club within the United States. For golf club assignments, candidates must play golf and possess a strong knowledge of the game, including its rules, etiquette, and playing ability.
Strong partnering, influencing, and relationship building skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment, meet deadlines. and handle pressure
Self-driven and highly-motivated
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Strong organizational skills

Income Summary: Average annual compensation INCLUSIVE of base + commissions is $75,000-$120,000+. Sales professionals enjoy the ability to control their own income with uncapped commissions.
