The Grove Health & Rehab Center is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time shift.

If you enjoy helping others, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors, we'd love to meet you! As the first point of contact for our facility, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your Role

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll help create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of the facility.

Responsibilities Include:

Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and compassion
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Assist administrative staff with various office tasks and projects
Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming reception area
Provide outstanding customer service while supporting residents, families, and team members

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with basic computer programs and office equipment
Friendly, dependable, and professional with a positive attitude
