About Us

Our firm assists buyers and sellers with a wide range of residential real estate transactions, from first-time home purchases to investment property acquisitions. We take pride in providing exceptional client service and efficient representation in both straightforward and complex real estate matters.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to provide administrative, and document preparation support to our real estate attorney. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in residential real estate transactions and closings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct title searches and prepare preliminary title opinions.
Prepare seller documents, deeds, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Assemble and manage real estate closing files.
Coordinate document execution with attorneys, clients, lenders, Realtors, and other parties.
Communicate professionally with clients and transaction participants by phone, email, and in person.
Maintain and organize both electronic and paper legal files.
Scan, print, copy, and file legal documents.
Assist with additional administrative and legal support projects as needed.
Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
Preparing closing disclosure statements with accuracy

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, or in a similar real estate legal support role.
Experience handling residential real estate closings and related documentation.
Knowledge of title searches, title opinions, deeds, and closing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Windows-based software.
Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
