About the Opportunity

A growing U.S.-based manufacturer of innovative cleaning and facility maintenance solutions is expanding its independent sales representative network.

We are currently prioritizing experienced sales professionals throughout New England, including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont, with additional territories available throughout the United States.

This opportunity is ideal for an established janitorial, sanitation, facility maintenance, or commercial cleaning sales professional who understands the distributor and end-user marketplace and wants to build a territory around an innovative and differentiated product line.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent sales opportunity offering 20% commission with uncapped earning potential.

Your income is directly tied to the business you develop, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated sales professional with existing industry relationships.

What You'll Do

Identify and develop new distributor and end-user opportunities
Build relationships with janitorial and sanitation distributors, facility supply companies, building service contractors, and commercial facility decision-makers
Introduce cleaning and facility maintenance solutions to prospective customers
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings
Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and territory
Follow up on leads, samples, product trials, and customer opportunities
Identify distributor partnerships and new product placement opportunities
Develop long-term customer relationships and repeat business
Communicate market feedback, competitive information, and customer needs to the corporate team
Represent the product line professionally throughout your assigned territory

Industrial and institutional cleaning

Healthcare

Foodservice
Industrial and commercial facilities

Qualifications

Previous B2B sales experience required
Janitorial, sanitation, facility maintenance, or commercial cleaning industry experience strongly preferred
Existing distributor and/or end-user relationships highly desirable
Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close business
Ability to independently manage and develop a sales territory
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Ability to travel throughout your territory as needed
CRM experience is a plus

Sales Support

Independent representatives will receive support including:

Product and application training
Sales and marketing materials
Technical and product support
Samples and demonstration support
Corporate assistance with qualified opportunities
Opportunity to develop recurring business within an assigned territory
Additional territory opportunities based on performance

Our immediate priority is expanding coverage throughout:
