Now Hiring: Assurance Manager | Pivot CPAs

Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We’re seeking an Audit Manager who is ready to take ownership of client engagements, lead high-performing teams, and make a meaningful impact both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit and review engagements across diverse industries
Review financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance
Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve internal controls and business processes
Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors, fostering a culture of growth and accountability
Collaborate with partners on engagement strategy, risk assessment, and client service delivery
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
Participate in business development efforts, including identifying and expanding client relationships
Stay current on auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5+ years of public accounting experience, with progressive responsibility in audit
Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
CPA license preferred or actively working toward CPA licensure
Proven experience managing engagements and leading teams
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Proficiency with accounting and audit technology tools
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative, client-focused mindset
