COMPANY SUMMARY:
JWB Real Estate Capital, started in 2006, is recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in Northeast Florida and real estate companies nationally. JWB facilitates the passive investment within the real estate asset class for clients locally, nationally and internationally.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator is a performance-driven role responsible for generating qualified strategy calls through outbound efforts and consistent lead follow-up. Success in this position is measured by both the quality and quantity of strategy calls set that convert into active opportunities within the sales pipeline. This role directly supports revenue growth by proactively managing new and existing leads, re-engaging long-term prospects, and driving outbound call activity to fill the calendars of Sales Account Executives. In addition, the Sales Coordinator will serve as operational support for initial strategy calls as needed and provide coverage within the closing pipeline to ensure business continuity and prioritization when team members are out of office. The Sales Coordinator must align with and execute JWB’s sales strategy across our investment and property management programs while delivering a high level of professionalism and client service.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Drive outbound activity daily to meet or exceed targets for strategy calls set
Maintain clear performance metrics tied to both call volume and qualified appointments generated
Manage and segment CRM leads based on strategy call outcomes and opportunity stage
Proactively follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to convert interest into scheduled strategy calls
Re-engage long-term nurture leads and qualify readiness for active pipeline placement
Support and participate in initial strategy calls as needed to ensure seamless client experience
Provide closing pipeline coverage to maintain momentum and protect revenue when teammates are unavailable
Coordinate rescheduling and communication between prospects and Sales Account Executives
Handle inbound inquiries and transition them effectively into the sales process
Perform administrative and reporting tasks to support Sales Management
Represent the organization professionally at local and national sales events
Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors and property owners
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals tied to outbound efforts and pipeline contribution
Commit to continued professional growth and education

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet activity and appointment-setting targets
Superior verbal and written communication skills with confident, professional phone presence
Ability to qualify leads effectively and prioritize high-value opportunities
Collaborative team player who can also operate independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and CRM management skills
Demonstrated ability to support multiple stages of the sales process, including early-stage calls and closing pipeline support
High level of self-motivation, accountability, and adaptability
Coachable with a growth-oriented mindset
Highest level of personal and professional integrity
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and internet-based tools
Sound judgment and effective decision-making skills

TIME COMMITMENT:

40 hours per week

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

$25/hr

Short-term incentive up to $4,000 annually
