Ponte Vedra Ballet is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to teach in one of Northeast Florida's most desirable communities while helping shape an expanding adult wellness program within an established performing arts organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and effective Mat Pilates classes for adults of varying fitness levels.
- Provide appropriate modifications and progressions to accommodate individual abilities.
- Create a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere that promotes consistency and long-term participation.
- Arrive prepared with thoughtfully planned classes that emphasize proper technique, alignment, and injury prevention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
- Build positive relationships with members and represent Ponte Vedra Ballet with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Current Mat Pilates certification from a nationally recognized organization (Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Peak Pilates, BASI, Polestar, or equivalent).
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Previous teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping adults improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall wellness.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching Barre, Stretch, Mobility, or Sculpt classes.
- Interest in helping develop new adult wellness programming.
- Experience working with dancers, athletes, or active adults.
Schedule
Part-time with flexible weekday mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. Additional teaching opportunities may become available as the program grows.
