Tenney's Siding and Seamless Eavestroughing Co. is seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage client relationships and support company growth. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and delivering solutions that create long-term value. This role requires someone who is organized, self-driven, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, schedule consultations, and prepare accurate project estimates.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending projects to close sales opportunities.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure projects are delivered as promised.
Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and sales activities.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, job sites, and community events.
Meet individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
Construction or home improvement industry experience is an advantage but not required.
