We're seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Jacksonville laboratory as Entry-Level Environmental Laboratory Analysts in either our Organics or Inorganics department. These positions offer valuable hands-on laboratory experience, exposure to advanced analytical instrumentation, and the opportunity to play a key role in environmental testing projects that protect public health and the environment. As part of our weekend operations team, you'll work alongside experienced scientists while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in environmental science.

What You'll Do
You will receive training and support while assisting with:
- Sample preparation and extraction for environmental testing.
- Wet chemistry analysis of drinking water, wastewater, soil, and environmental samples.
- Metals testing support involving ICP-OES, ICPMS and CVAF for Mercury.
- Organic testing support involving GC, GC/MS, and related analytical platforms.
- Data review, verification, and quality control activities.
- Documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems (LIMS).
- Maintaining compliance with EPA, DEP, DOH, and laboratory quality standards.
- Collaborating with scientists, analysts, project managers, and laboratory leadership to meet critical client deadlines.
- Supporting continuous improvement, investigations, and quality assurance initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or another science-related field; OR
- Associate degree (AA/AS) with coursework in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or related sciences; OR
- Relevant laboratory experience in an environmental or scientific setting.

Schedule
This is a full-time weekend-focused position.
Laboratory operations run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven days per week, and candidates must be willing to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as part of their regular schedule. Additional weekday hours may be scheduled based on laboratory workload and operational needs.
