Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician, Hemodialysis Registered Nurse, Receptionist, and Bio-med specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient care, ensure the smooth operation of dialysis services, manage clinical documentation, and maintain medical equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for nephrology and patient-centered care, demonstrating excellent communication skills and technical expertise. This position is vital in delivering high-quality dialysis treatments while fostering a welcoming environment for patients and supporting operational excellence across departments.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor dialysis machines with precision, ensuring optimal treatment parameters and patient safety during hemodialysis sessions
Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing patient conditions, maintaining aseptic techniques, and responding promptly to clinical needs
Manage dialysate solutions and dialysate management systems to maintain proper composition and safety standards in accordance with CMS regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate clinical documentation within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, including treatment records, patient notes, and procedural logs
Perform phlebotomy procedures with skill and adherence to safety protocols for blood draws necessary for laboratory testing or access site management
Provide exceptional reception services by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling administrative inquiries efficiently
Conduct routine maintenance checks on dialysis equipment and biomedical devices, troubleshooting issues to ensure continuous operation and compliance with safety standards

Requirements

Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician or Hemodialysis Registered Nurse with relevant licensure in nephrology or dialysis care
Proven experience working with dialysis machines, understanding of physiology related to renal function, and knowledge of anatomy and physiology principles
Strong familiarity with EMR systems, clinical documentation practices, and medical terminology used in nephrology settings
Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy techniques, aseptic procedures, CPR certification, and basic biomedical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulations governing dialysis practices and safety standards
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external stakeholders while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to ongoing learning about nephrology advancements, dialysis technology updates, and regulatory compliance requirements
