Full Job Description

Manage the efforts of the HELM program to ensure quality services are delivered to the clients and that objectives and goals of the project are met by target dates. Functioning as a management team member, develop continuum of services appropriate to our setting based on funding resources, current trend of dual diagnosis clientele and expressed needs of the community.

· Masters degree or higher in a social service discipline

· Preferred State of Florida license or license eligible in psychology, mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy

· Five years clinical experience and two years supervisory experience

· Successful completion of background screening

SKILLS NECESSARY:

· Clinical documentation

· Oral case presentation

· Individual and group counseling skills

· Case management skills

· Strong supervisory, staff training and organizational skills

· Communicate effectively in writing and orally, using the English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
