Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, technically strong Live Streaming / Broadcast Production Manager to lead the delivery of flawless live streams for our professional billiards events worldwide. You’ll own the technical execution, manage production crew workflows, and ensure high-quality, uninterrupted broadcasts across platforms—especially YouTube via Castr.
What You’ll Do
· Lead end-to-end live streaming production for professional billiards events
· Manage on-site and remote crew, ensuring roles, comms, and execution are tight
· Set up, test, operate, and strike streaming systems (encoders, switchers, replay, audio, comms, network gear)
· Troubleshoot in real time and keep broadcasts stable under pressure
· Oversee multi-camera switching, audio routing, graphics integration, and live replay workflows
· Optimize YouTube + Castr settings for stability, quality, and viewer experience
· Partner with content/broadcast leadership to align storytelling, branding, and event vision
· Maintain equipment inventory, readiness, and travel/deployment checklists
· Build and maintain documentation/SOPs for repeatable, consistent show quality
· Develop production guidelines to standardize output across events and content
What You Bring
· 3+ years in live sports streaming and/or broadcast production
· Strong technical understanding of RTMP, streaming protocols, network configuration, and AV signal flow
· Hands-on experience with Castr, OBS, vMix, and/or Wirecast (or comparable tools)
· Solid knowledge of YouTube Live, including channel operations, monetization basics, and CMS workflows
· Proven ability to lead crews calmly during live pressure moments
· Strong organizational skills—able to write clean SOPs, checklists, and setup diagrams
· Willingness to travel internationally and adapt quickly on-site
· Passion for sports; interest in billiards/cue sports is a plus
Bonus Points
· Experience with international productions and/or multilingual broadcasts
· Familiarity with clipping, highlights, and post-event VOD workflows
· Experience building reusable show templates (graphics packages, audio bus layouts, replay macros, etc.)
Why Join Us
