Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse client base, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. Your bilingual skills will enable you to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers, helping to resolve inquiries, process transactions, and build lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical abilities and customer service talents, as well as promote and sell company product, in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Assist clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing detailed product or service information in both English and the second language.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer accounts through our billing software.
Support office operations by managing front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls with proper phone etiquette.
Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files efficiently to support team productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within an office environment.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle high-volume call environments professionally.
Basic math and data entry skills.
Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong organizational skills to support office management functions.
Capable of learning to troubleshoot customer cable and internet issues.
