Territory Sales Manager

Territory: North Carolina & South Carolina | Full-Time | Field-Based

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow our dealer network across NC and SC. This is a high-visibility role for a sales professional who thrives on building lasting partnerships, delivering hands-on support, and consistently driving territory revenue. You will serve as the face of Loop-Loc to pool builders, retailers, and service professionals throughout your region.

What You'll Do

Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of authorized Loop-Loc dealers across your territory.
Identify and onboard new dealer prospects to expand Loop-Loc's market presence.
Conduct in-person dealer visits, product training sessions, and co-marketing events to strengthen partnerships.
Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to owners, managers, and sales teams at distributors and dealers.
Collaborate with Loop-Loc's internal marketing, customer service, and product teams to meet dealer and end-customer needs.
Monitor territory performance metrics and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to inform your sales approach.
Represent Loop-Loc at regional trade shows, industry events, and dealer open houses.
Travel extensively throughout the territory — up to 70% of the time.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of B2B territory sales experience, preferably in the pool industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a defined geographic territory.
Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to connect with business owners, dealers, and field-level staff alike.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities — comfortable working one-on-one or in group settings.
Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a large territory and multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred — or equivalent practical experience.
