Medical Engineering Solutions Account Manager (OEM | Life Sciences)

Remote | ~60% Travel | No Sponsorship Available

Are you a strategic sales professional who thrives on winning complex business and building long-term partnerships in the medical and life sciences space?

We’re looking for a Medical Solutions Account Executive to drive revenue growth across a dynamic territory by securing new OEM projects and expanding existing accounts. This is a high-impact role where technical aptitude meets consultative selling.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of territory growth by combining solution selling, technical insight, and relationship-building to win business and deliver value.

Drive revenue growth across the U.S. (with some exposure to Canada, Mexico & Latin America)
Identify and win opportunities across:
Catalog products
Product variations
Custom molded components
Position solutions in:
Product protection
Medical packaging
Custom components
Single-use labware
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to bring opportunities to life
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through a mix of hunting, farming, and networking
Deliver compelling presentations (including Lunch & Learns) to engineering, quality, and executive stakeholders
Own forecasting, CRM activity, and territory performance reviews
Represent the company at industry trade shows

What You Bring

Proven success in OEM or technical sales within medical/life sciences markets
Strong solution-selling mindset with the ability to navigate complex buying cycles
Technical aptitude with experience selling custom or engineered products
Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levels
Highly organized with strong pipeline and territory management skills
Willingness to travel ~60%
