Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities and industrial maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of all manufacturing and facility equipment. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage maintenance schedules, and coordinate projects to support operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and management skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment dedicated to innovation and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime.
Manage electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage circuits, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to minimize downtime.
Oversee the maintenance of coating industrial machinery, and facility infrastructure to ensure optimal operational conditions.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance procedures.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and asset management using computer software.
Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance activities that align with manufacturing schedules without disrupting operations.
Monitor budget compliance for maintenance supplies and services while seeking opportunities for cost efficiencies.

Experience

Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Extensive knowledge of coating maintenance practices including mechanical systems, electrical circuits (high voltage and low voltage), and HVAC systems.
Hands-on experience with schematics reading, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling, tracking work orders, and asset management.
Strong understanding of facilities management principles including safety standards for electrical work and machinery upkeep.
Demonstrated project management skills in executing upgrades or new installations within a complex environment.
Supervising experience with a focus on leadership development and team motivation.
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate across departments and document technical information clearly.
