We're the community mental health center serving eleven counties in Southern Indiana for more than 50 years. Be a part of a multidisciplinary team, comprised of medical providers, licensed clinicians, peer specialists, and care managers who collaborate to deliver individualized care that addresses both the clinical and social aspects for individuals who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. The goal of the Compass program is teaching clients the skills they need to navigate life successfully. LifeSpring Health System is seeking Care Managers for our office in Jasper, IN. Duties include teaching activities of daily living skills and linking clients with community resources. The Care Manager will provide services to individuals ages 14-30 with a severe mental illness through individual and group modalities. A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field is highly desired. Direct experience will be considered in lieu of education. We are looking for caring, compassionate and energetic people who enjoy helping others. Candidates must have excellent personal and professional boundaries and be committed to person-centered, trauma-informed care. Computer skills are required; experience working with Electronic Medical Records desired.
