LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Front Desk Secretary for our office in Jasper, Indiana. Successful candidates will have one year or more of experience working in a doctor's office or similar field. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Duties will include scheduling patient appointments, collecting co-payments and completing admissions paperwork to include verification of benefits and residency. This is a fast-paced, high-demand position that requires an individual with superior customer service skills.

Job Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Experience with electronic medical record systems
Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
Attention to detail
High level of patience and compassion
Thorough knowledge of HIPAA laws
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances
