QUALITY INSPECTOR NEEDED IN WASHINGTON INDIANA

Day shift - $15.00

QUALITY Essential Job Functions:

Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods or stability samples.
Assist in Analyzing processes for improvements, failure modes, stability and capability.
Perform visual inspections of finished products.
Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks or inventory forms.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Participate in internal assessments and audits as required.
Complete miscellaneous reporting, administrative and other quality related functions for the Quality Control Department as required.
May occasionally be required to lift up to 60 pounds.

QUALITY Education/Experience:

Two (2) years of Quality Control experience (education may substitute).
Experience with manufacturing processes, tooling, quality control methods and statistical process control (SPC).
Injection plastics and Urethane process experience a plus.
Previous exposure to a multicultural office environment a plus
