Full Job Description

Job Summary

Hilltop Collision Center Inc. has an opening for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator. We offer competitive salary and benefits. Estimators will meet and greet customers, help with making insurance claims and prepare estimates/photos for upload and approval . Collision Repair Estimators will be knowledgeable of most major Insurance companies protocols and be able to upload estimates/images that meet those standards.

- As a Collision Repair Estimator, you will maintain contact with the customer and the insurance company while the vehicle is in the repair process regarding the status of the repair. Work with technicians to ensure repairs are completed to the proper repair procedures & standards.

The Collision Center is a fast paced environment that requires professionalism at all times. Must have the ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and have exceptional phone etiquette.

Estimator Job Requirements:

Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
Prior experience as an estimator preferred.
I-Car or other industry training history preferred.
Team oriented and focused on maintaining a high level of Customer Service.
CCC One knowledge.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer phone calls and interact with customers.
Answer any questions the customer may have
Inspect vehicles, and prepare repair estimates.
Manage all work authorizations, repair orders, supplements and warranty work
Work with insurance companies to process claims, take photos and submit supplements.
Inspect customer vehicles for quality repairs prior to delivery.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers, technicians, insurance representatives and vendors.
Ability to manage time, solve problems quickly, meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks.
Good attendance and a strong work ethic.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.

Resume and references are required.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
