Full Job Description

Our company is a small, family-owned business that has operated in the same market for several decades with very low turnover. We are looking for a new employee to help with our continued growth.

The Sales Support / Logistics Coordinator role will report to the Logistics Manager and will interact with customers, suppliers and coworkers to ensure timely delivery of equipment around the world. This position will work closely with sales managers to help run day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales managers to support their tasks
Keep track of order due dates and expected delivery dates
Communicate with suppliers and customers to coordinate deliveries
Submit shipping requests for overseas cargo.

Ideal Candidates:

Will be extremely organized and able to learn quickly
Will be able to focus on multiple tasks at once to solve problems
Will be proficient in MS Word/Excel, Google Docs/Sheets and QuickBooks
Will work well with internal and external teammates
Will have strong communication and customer service skills.
