Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, patients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting with precision and attention to detail
Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office to prepare reports and correspondence .

Experience

Proven clerical experience in an office environment or front desk setting with strong organizational skills
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management procedures
Proficiency in computer literacy including typing speed, data entry accuracy, and use of productivity tools like Microsoft Office .
Experience as a medical receptionist is not required
Knowledge of bookkeeping or basic accounting practices is beneficial for supporting financial tasks
