Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Wealth Management Client Associate to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals. Your proactive approach, combined with your ability to manage multiple client accounts and collaborate across teams, will drive client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in wealth management, client services, and innovative CRM systems within a fast-paced financial environment.

Duties

Manage and nurture client relationships by providing personalized support and addressing inquiries promptly
Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth account setup and comprehensive documentation
Utilize a CRM to track client interactions, update account information, and streamline workflows
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, compliance, and operations to deliver seamless client experiences
Support the sales process by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, and following up on opportunities
Process orders and transactions efficiently using order processing tools while maintaining accuracy
Analyze client data to support data-driven decision making and identify opportunities for account growth or service improvement

Skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills for clear internal collaboration and professional client interactions
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems—technically supported—and customer service problem-solving
Knowledge of SaaS platforms, order processing tools, and data analysis techniques
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and internal communication within a team-oriented setting
