Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and team supervision, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Your leadership will inspire creativity in menu planning, uphold stringent food safety protocols, and foster a collaborative environment that drives excellence across all culinary operations. Duties

Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food production, food service management, and catering activities, ensuring seamless execution from prep to presentation
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining cost efficiency
Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth
Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth shift management and exceptional guest service experiences
Oversee banquet services and large-scale events, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional cuisine that exceeds expectations

Requirements

Proven experience in food production, restaurant management, or hospitality with a strong background in fine dining environments
Extensive culinary experience with expertise in menu planning, food handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Demonstrated supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams within fast-paced settings
Knowledge of dietary department practices and catering operations to accommodate special dietary requests effectively
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment
Familiarity with inventory control systems, food safety protocols (including HACCP standards), and food industry best practices
Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for hospitality excellence and serving guests with professionalism
