About us
TrueSon Exteriors & Interiors LLC is a residential remodeling company serving Columbia and Mid-Missouri. We handle everything from roofing and siding to kitchens, baths, and additions. Our office is busy, our team is tight-knit, and the person at the front desk sets the tone for every homeowner who calls or walks in.

What you'll do

Answer and route incoming calls, take detailed messages, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Greet homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors at the front desk
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for our sales and production teams
Enter and update customer information in our project management system (Buildertrend — we'll train you)
Handle mail, deliveries, filing, and office supply ordering
Support the Office Manager and administrative team with day-to-day projects
Keep the front office organized and presentable

What we're looking for

Warm, professional phone presence — you're comfortable being the first person a customer talks to
Strong organizational skills and real attention to detail
Comfortable with computers; able to learn new software quickly
Able to juggle interruptions without losing track of what you were doing
Dependable and on time
Previous reception, customer service, or office experience is a plus; construction or trades experience is a bonus but not required

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, [8:00 AM–5:00 PM]
