We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate who is dependable, motivated, and excited to grow with a company that invests in its people. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, teamwork, and building relationships with guests.
As a Sales Associate, you will support the success of our team by helping guests discover services and products that fit their needs, managing the guest experience from beginning to end, and creating connections that keep clients coming back.

What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest and team member
- Manage guest check-in and check-out while providing exceptional service
- Schedule and manage appointments through phone, email, and online communication
- Support service providers by helping maintain organized schedules and client relationships
- Recommend services, products, and gift cards to enhance each guest’s experience
- Assist guests with retail purchases and product education
- Confidently communicate promotions, services, and recommendations to guests
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and proactively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail area
- Participate in team meetings, education, and professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable, consistent, and committed to being part of a team
- Comfortable with sales conversations and recommending products/services
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
- Salon/spa experience or booking software knowledge is a plus, but we will train the right person
