About the Organization
Our ownership operates a few small enterprises - a low-voltage technology services business, an e-commerce textile business, and a farm and cattle operation. We are entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and in an active growth phase, with ownership that values trust, initiative, and long-term partnership above all else. We are looking for a key hire who will bring financial discipline and administrative structure to all three entities - someone energized by building the right systems for their department while using their experience to help each organization prosper.
Position Summary
This is a high-trust, multi-entity role serving as the operational and financial backbone across three business lines. Day to day, this person is the primary operational anchor for our low-voltage technology services company - owning administrative systems, financial operations, and team coordination - while also providing financial advisory and accounting support to the fabric business and managing accounts payable and financial reporting for the farm and cattle operation. The role produces accurate P&L statements and financial reports for leadership review; P&L ownership and performance accountability remain with each business unit's leadership. The ideal candidate is a proven process builder - someone who can create structure where little exists, document it clearly, and hold a team accountable to following it.
