Full Job Description

Missouri Hills Wealth Management, located in Jefferson City, MO is looking for a Wealth Management Client Associate, who will provide excellent customer service and support for 2 financial advisors. Position could eventually evolve into a producing or supporting financial advisor with appropriate licenses.

Qualifications:

· Finance / personal finance college course work of at least 2 years with preference of a 4-year degree

· Financial industry and product knowledge

· Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM platforms, and financial industry software

· Successfully pass a background check including fingerprinting

· Ability to pass Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, Series 7, and Series 66 within 2 years of hire

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

· Professional and courteous phone coverage: answering, handling and routing calls

· Prepare and process account paperwork: Opening accounts, eSignature, scanning and uploading, new client welcoming procedures, maintaining client records, processing paperwork, follow-up

· Schedule appointments and phone meetings.

· Cultivating relationships with clients to resolve issues and concerns and maintain client relationships

· Confidential usage of client information

· Complying with all industry rules and regulations, as well as all firm policies

Skills:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills

· Ability to work independently and alongside the advisor, prioritizing workload to manage time effectively, complete work within deadlines, and produce accurate results
