Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Manager to oversee and coordinate our telecommunications projects. This role is essential in ensuring that all telecommunications systems are implemented efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of construction management software, enabling them to lead teams and manage resources effectively.

Duties

Manage and coordinate telecommunications projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate project planning and execution.
Oversee project scheduling, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on construction sites to ensure seamless integration of telecommunications systems.
Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity across projects.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Provide training and support to team members on project coordination tools and techniques.

Experience

Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications or construction industry.
Familiarity with construction site operations and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Proficient in using project management tools, including ProCore and HeavyBid.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on project scheduling and time management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A background in construction management is preferred but not mandatory.
