Position: On-Call Snowplow Operator & Fall/Spring Landscape Crew Member
Location: Littleton, NH & surrounding areas
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour (DOE) + Perks

Karner Blue Landscaping, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable team member to join us this fall and winter—with the opportunity to stay on for the Spring 2027 landscaping season.

The Details
- Start Date: On or around October 15th
- Fall Focus: You’ll start by helping with Fall Cleanup operations and learning property boundaries before the first snow lands.
- Winter Focus: On-call snow and ice management driving a 3/4-ton truck with snowplow.
- Long-Term Opportunity: We’re looking for someone who wants to transition directly into our core landscaping crew next spring.
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hr depending on experience.
- On-Call Availability Guarantee: Minimum 4-hour weekly pay guarantee.

Requirements (The Must-Haves)
To ensure the safety of our team and clients, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age & Driving Record: Must be 21+ with a current valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Plowing Experience: At least 2 years of verifiable experience operating a 3/4-ton truck with a snowplow for winter snow and ice management.
- Background Checks: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and sex offender registry check required by our commercial accounts.
- Safety First: Strict commitment to zero consumption of intoxicating substances (e.g., alcohol) at least 12 hours prior to any shift or on-call window.
- Availability: Flexible and ready to respond on-call during winter weather events.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have, But We'll Train the Right Person!)
- Experience with basic plow/equipment field maintenance (hoses, fluid checks, quick fixes during a storm).
- Familiarity with sand/salt spreaders and eco-conscious salt management techniques.
- Experience operating commercial fall/spring yard equipment (backpack blowers, commercial mowers, trimmers).
- Comfortable using smartphone and in-truck iPad apps for logging job times and tracking dispatches.
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably overnight or early morning hours in cold winter weather.
