Full Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialists to support a large-scale technology transformation initiative across a nationwide retail environment. This role will serve as a critical point of contact for store employees, managers, and field technicians, providing remote technical assistance via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their IT careers in a fast-paced support environment. Successful candidates will combine strong customer service skills with a passion for technology and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support to store personnel and onsite technicians during technology deployments and system upgrades.
Assist with device provisioning, installations, decommissioning activities, configuration, and system validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to point-of-sale systems, mobile devices, desktops, networks, and other store technologies.
Document issues, resolutions, and support requests accurately within ticketing systems.
Escalate complex technical problems when necessary while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Communicate professionally and effectively with end users, stakeholders, and support teams.
Support large-scale technology refresh and system migration initiatives impacting multiple retail locations.

Required Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Comfortable handling support calls, chats, and ticket documentation in a professional manner.
Interest in technology and troubleshooting.
Open to recent graduates, individuals with IT certifications, or candidates with experience in customer support, call center, help desk, or technical support environments.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
Point-of-Sale (POS) system experience.
Retail technology support experience.
Experience supporting convenience store or fuel station technology environments.

Additional Information

Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
First-shift hours.
