Regional Manager (Fully Bilingual: English & Spanish)

Position Overview

Job Title: Regional Manager
Language Requirement: Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English (Strictly Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Home Location in Louisiana OR Mississippi Region (Travel required throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama)
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year (Competitive compensation based on experience)
Benefits: Preventative wellness health care program
Travel Reimbursement: 100% of all regional travel expenses, mileage, and work-related transit costs are fully reimbursed by the employer.
Relocation: Relocation to Louisiana or Mississippi is required before starting work; relocation costs will be paid by the employer upon hire.
Summary: We are seeking a results-driven, hands-on, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Regional Manager to oversee multi-site operations within our growing organization. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to drive performance standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations: Manage daily business operations across all assigned regional sites.
Lead teams: Recruit, train, develop, and mentor local site employees.
Ensure compliance: Maintain strict quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Track metrics: Monitor regional budgets, labor costs, and operational KPIs.
Conduct audits: Perform regular in-person site visits and comprehensive performance audits.
Optimize processes: Implement process improvements and establish clear accountability systems. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Skills

Language: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Strictly required—candidates will be tested).
Experience: Proven leadership experience in multi-site management.
Financial skill: Budget management and labor cost oversight experience preferred.
Travel: Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within the region.
Core traits: Demonstrated ability to lead teams under high-performance expectations.
