Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive organic growth. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance website visibility across search engines, improve rankings, and increase targeted traffic. You will leverage your expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and web analytics to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to boost website rankings on major search engines.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and optimize website content accordingly.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site speed using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SEO tools.
Optimize website metadata, including titles, descriptions, headers, and structured data (schema markup), to improve search engine understanding and visibility.
Implement and manage SEO campaigns across various platforms, including WordPress websites and e-commerce sites, ensuring best practices are followed for content management systems.
Build high-quality backlinks through strategic link building efforts while adhering to ethical SEO standards.
Monitor web analytics reporting to analyze performance metrics, track KPIs such as organic traffic growth, bounce rates, conversion rates, and keyword rankings; adjust strategies based on insights.
Collaborate with content creators and social media teams to optimize content for search engines and enhance overall digital marketing efforts.
Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions and user interactions; implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to maximize ROI from organic traffic.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing optimization success.

Experience

Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies across diverse digital platforms.
Strong technical marketing background with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website management systems such as WordPress.
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed SEO analysis using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
Experience with web analytics reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
Knowledge of metadata optimization techniques including schema markup for enhanced search engine understanding.
Familiarity with social media management tools as part of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Prior work in e-commerce environments or websites with complex structures is highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
